Bradshaws Launches Property Magazine With A Difference

Cambridge estate agents Bradshaws Residential has always enjoyed a reputation for mixing forward thinking with traditional levels of service and the firm’s latest venture, a high quality, glossy property magazine, is no exception.

Produced in conjunction with the Guild of Professional Estate Agents, the magazine is replete with properties from Cambridge and across the region, all marketed by some of the area’s leading independent estate agents.

Andrew Bradshaw, a director at Bradshaws, explains why they’re launching the magazine.

“Over the past couple of years, we’ve expanded rapidly. We now run three offices and have made some acquisitions as part of our continuing development”.

“We’re constantly looking for new opportunities to give us an advantage over our competitors particularly if they enable us to further improve the overall range and standard of service”.

“This publication does all that and reflects our position in the market too. Sellers’ properties will benefit greatly from enhanced advertising in the magazine, not just on account of the outstanding print quality but also because the homes will be seen by a much wider audience.

“Many of our clients are looking to acquire second homes in East Anglia or move to other parts of the region and a publication like this gives a potentially very useful  insight into what’s available locally as well as further afield. Via the Guild of Professional Estate Agents, we can now indirectly assist clients looking to buy or sell property just about anywhere in the UK.

“The Guild also has offices in Park Lane, giving us an extremely valuable London presence and a highly prestigious shop window in which to showcase our clients properties.”

The magazine, which is free, will be distributed to clients, companies and venues in and around Cambridge, and is just one arm of Bradshaws’ strategy. The magazine is also available in ‘virtual’ page-turning format via the internet.

Without losing its reputation for probity and exceptional levels of reliability, the company is now able to offer its clients an impressive range of services. These include the firm’s rapidly expanding lettings department, surveys, financial advice (via an external independent broker) together with this latest development.
