The Future Of Wireless International Conference
The future of the wireless industry will be the focus of a two day, high profile conference called The Future of Wireless International Conference to be held in Cambridge on 29th and 30th June 2010 at Robinson College.
This international, annual conference, organised by Cambridge Wireless, brings together more than 300 delegates from around the globe, together with industry leading speakers who will discuss the development of wireless technologies and how they will shape consumer choice and business activity for the next five years.
Topics to be covered include: developing an international business, the wireless delivery of healthcare, low-carbon smart homes, the next wave of mobile devices, the implications of cloud computing and the role of wireless in leading economic, social and environmental change.
Keynote speakers will feature leading industry experts, including, Andrew Gilbert, Executive Vice President and President of Qualcomm Internet Services Technologies and Europe; Peter Whale, Director of Product Management, Qualcomm; Robert Crow, VP of RIM; Houston Spencer, VP of Business Strategy at Alcatel-Lucent; James Collier, CTO of CSR; Martin Jackson, VP of Plastic Logic; Tudor Brown, President of ARM; John Cunliffe, CTO, Ericsson Ltd; Dr William Webb, Head of Research and Development at Ofcom.
Alongside thought provoking and informative presentations from some of the industry’s most influential experts, there will also be panel discussions to debate the issues raised.
